Control Geometry Nodes, modifiers and animation from Stream Deck. Real state buttons, prepared profiles and one purchase.
- Install the plugin from Marketplace and open Blender.
- Select an action in Stream Deck and open the companion folder from its inspector. Keep the ZIP unextracted.
- In Blender, open Preferences → Get Extensions → menu → Install from Disk. Select the matching companion ZIP and enable the extension.
- Enable Allow local Stream Deck connection in Blender and select the instance in Stream Deck.
- Choose the device profile and check the connection. This check only reads Blender state.
Read properties and choose an active or fixed target, category, element, property and behavior. Review its value, unit and limits before saving. Reading and saving a control never change the scene; press the button or turn the dial to execute.
Profiles for Mini, Neo, 15-key, XL and Stream Deck +. Dials are optional; buttons can set, increment and decrement values.
Version 1.2 adds Blender Studio Start profiles and three recipes. Existing full and customized profiles are preserved.
If an action needs a different object, mode or editor, resolve that context. Sequences stop on errors or file changes. Undo cannot reverse file writes.

Native controls require the extension and show Blender state. Existing legacy shortcuts keep their settings; they depend on focus and the keyboard map.

Check that Blender is open, the extension is enabled, local permission is on and the intended instance is selected. Without a session there is no single known cause.
How do I update?
Update the plugin through Marketplace and manually install the matching companion ZIP. To uninstall, remove both components from their applications.
Why can I not edit a property?
It may be connected, read-only, unavailable in this mode or refer to a deleted target. Reassign the reference; another object is never selected automatically.
Do I need Python?
No separate Python, Node or server installation is required. Advanced Python is optional and needs approval of the exact content in Blender; it is not sandboxed and importing a profile never executes it.
