1 Is this plugin affiliated with 2K, Firaxis, or Take-Two?
No. It is an independent, unofficial product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by 2K, Firaxis Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
2 Why does an action do nothing?
The usual causes are that Civilization VII is not focused, the in-game shortcut has changed, the configured delay is too short, or Stream Deck does not have Accessibility permission on macOS.
3 Does the plugin transmit personal data?
No. Settings are stored locally in settings.json. The plugin has no accounts, credentials, save-game collection, or external telemetry.
4 Why do GPU Usage, GPU Temperature, or VRAM display N/A?
These actions require a compatible data source. Windows uses nvidia-smi when available. macOS and systems without a compatible source may display N/A.
5 Can I change the default shortcuts?
Yes. Every hotkey action can capture a custom shortcut, set a delay, and choose whether to focus Civilization VII before sending the key.
6 Are purchases and refunds handled on this website?
No. Purchases, licenses, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Elgato Marketplace under its current policies.
